I want to thank Flores construction for doing a great job on my house

Did a metal roof on my house about 1.5 years ago and it made my house have a huge curb appeal difference!! Have had no issues since then. Get lots of comments on it. Flores took caee of everything with my insurance as well..Easy process for me.

Did a good job on the roof, but put our satellite dish back in the wrong spot. The dish started messing up and we had the cable company come out, only to find that it wasn't put where it was suppose to go. The cable company moved it and put it in the studs where it should go. Called Flores Roofing to tell them they put the dish in the wrong place but insisted they didn't. Finally they came and looked at it and said they would patch the holes at no charge. Well guess what we have contacted them at least 10 times only to be put off and told they would fix it. Never has happened! Apparently they don't stand behind their work or their word. We will not use them again.

My husband and I were so worried about getting our roof redone! We were scared of being over charged jipped off etc... we literally got 5 estimates all locally and flores had the best estimate! There was 1 estimate that was very close and Flores lowered there estimate! My contractor Ryan was great! I could call or txt and he would respond immediately! With so much information for me! He was great! The customer service experience was beyond excellent! The roofers did a great job! The workmanship was great! They did not leave a mess behind as most contractors do! They strived to finish my roof promptly! I have had so many compliments on the roof everyone states "it looks like a new house"! I would highly recommend Flores Roofing! Great job Flores Roofing!
