They came out a little over a week ago because my garage door needed fixed. The individual stayed less then 10 minutes because he said he had the wrong parts and needed to go back to the shop and would be right back. Well that was over a week ago, they never called and they don't return calls, my home warranty company and I called multiple times. I hope they do better with other jobs because they sure don't want to do anything with garage doors.

Never returns calls. Came out for 10 mins and said he would be back the following week to replace my garage door openers. That was on June 16th...now here we are on July 8th and nothing. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could!

They don't show up and will not return calls.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from Sonny and his staff. They roofed our house in 2011and have returned twice to repair at no charge. Once was due to house settling and once for a mistake made by a man changing the vent on a new dryer. They literally go above and beyond what's expected.
