I was referred to Redemption by one of their employees. I had gotten a quote from another company for new gutters and gutter covers so I gave Redemption the opportunity to bid. They came in under the competitor's price and actually did more work for less money. They did an excellent job of color matching and utilizing some of my existing materials to help save me money. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I later called them to repair flashing and leaking around the chimney after Hurricane Harvey. Once again, they did a great job. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs. GREAT COMPANY!!

Redemption Roofing did a really good job. I knew some people in my neighborhood who had their roof replaced and I asked who they used. They said they were happy with the company, and so that took us down the path to getting Redemption Roofing to replace our entire roof. Brian Mitchell, my initial Redemption contact, went above and beyond the call of duty to be professional, to make sure we were happy and to get the job done right. In addition to the shingles, and some of the decking, they replaced ridge vents and cap vents; they replaced everything - all within their estimate. Besides the great quality, they did it in a very timely manner. They estimated that it would take a couple of days but the job was completed in one day - daylight until dark.

The knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail that Redemption Roofing gives to every customer is fantastic. I have used them twice for two different issues. Each time my roof was fixed quickly and completely. My anxiety over the cost and insurance claim process was also relieved by their expertise in this and they happily helped to walk me through the process quite easily.

Redemption Roofing came out to do an inspection with our insurance company, which is not something that typically happens. They were there every step of the way and very knowledgeable. We had a few minor blemishes on the gutters on our house, and they went above and beyond to make the repairs on the gutters. We didn't have any damage in our garden which meant a lot to me. The roof itself looks fantastic and the warrantee is good. The people themselves that work for redemption roofing are excellent. I could call them on my cell phone at any time. It was a great experience and quick process
