I called Sam & Son because I liked the idea of using a company from my community. The price was good and I was satisfied with the work. As I suspected, my issue was tough and Sam & Son worked until the problem was resolved. When I called them many months later with a leak in a different spot, they came out and fixed where raccoons had pulled out a piece of flashing they had installed. They also fixed the shingles the raccoons pulled up. I highly recommend this company. They treated me fairly and guaranteed the work. I have paid for poorly done work before and it a relief to find a trustworthy company like this one.

Wow! Completely exceeded my expectations. Sam was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He was quick with a very competitive bid. Punctual for all appointments. Awesome crew was there when Sam said they would be there. Beautiful and clean work on a roofing repair job. Yes. I recommend.

Working with repair contractors can be intimidating because you are often in a position of ignorance about the issue that needs to be resolved. Sam and Sons was very helpful in explaining the issues and gave me options about what could be done. Ultimately it turned out cheaper than I expected and the workmanship was top notch. Also communication was great; the repairs were done while I was away and they kept me up to date on their progress throughout. I highly recommend Sam and Sons.

We used Sam and Son Roofing after being referred to them by our neighbor. Upon calling, he got right back to me with a quote and the work was completed withing the week. We had 3 sewer vent pipes/boots replaced and their customer service is the best!
