Fair N Square installed a new roof and stained our hail damaged gate in September 2018. They did an excellent job, and were so great to work with through the insurance process. Here we are 4 months later. I walked into my house to find water coming through the ceiling from the second floor. It was after 5:00 pm, my husband was at work and I panicked. I called the first trustworthy person/company in my phone. I called Shane at Fair N Square. Shane answered the phone and without asking any questions, came to my house and got the water stopped. He then called a trusted plumber, Todd Freeman and both resolved the problem. I cannot thank Fair N Square and Todd Freeman enough for their support. I will definitely be hiring Fair N Square for the ceiling repairs and for future-bigger projects!

My fiance and I recently had a flood in our newly purchased home and needed a reasonable price and quick service to replace 525 square feet of flooring, repair drywall, and baseboards. Shane & Sophie (the owners) quickly came to our rescue! They were able to provide us with a very reasonable estimate for all the labor and materials needed and got the entire job done in less than a week. Shane is an extremely likable guy. He is not a smoozy salesman (which I hate) and he tells it like it is. He isn't going to encourage you to get repairs that are unnecessary or try to sell you on something that will raise the price. He listens to what you need and wants and has a crew that will make it happen! The crew members were polite, professional, and did a fabulous job on our home! We were so satisfied with the work they provided that we also got them to do some maintenance on our entire roof and chimney where we suspected a water leak. Again, he didn't upcharge us for repairs that were not needed, but fixed what was. We are so grateful that a friend of ours recommended Fair N Square Roofing & Construction to us! We will certainly be lifelong users of their services! Thank you Shane, Sophie, and all of the crew who helped us get our new home back to beautiful! You guys ROCK!

I had to make a decision between two OUTSTANDING companies. It came down to Fair N Square and another company. I made the decision to go with the other company ONLY b/c they are local to my city and not far from my home. Fair N Square's customer service and knowledge is impeccable; and their level of service speaks volumes! If you are reading this review I would recommend that you make the call and put FNS at the top of you list.

We just used Fair N Square for our roof, gutters and outside paint. They did a great job! Every crew was timely and professional/respectful and their work turned out great! We are very happy with the end result!
