I travel a lot for work, and during the process of filing a claim, having inspections, and meeting with the Juan Hernandez, I can honestly say it was a pretty stress free ordeal. Juan was exceptional in handling my account as well as any questions I had, to include any upgrades I wanted and what my insurance would cover. He made himself available through text and telephone, even as I traveled. Communication was open, which enabled someone to be available at my home (since I was not always available) to deliver shingles, requirements for dropping off the dump truck, kid and pet safety, and clean up requirements. Juan also followed up with the city, for post inspection and debris quality control. I highly recommend Holden Roofing, the men who worked on my roof, the team leaders and of course Mr. Hernandez.

Getting a major repair service done to your house can be nerve racking and frustrating. Juan Hernandez with Holden, took all that away for us. He was able to explain what would be covered, by working with our insurance company. He did all the work, and explained it to us in terms we understood and was not misleading in any of it. We have told our friends and neighbors about how well Holden took care of our home, things we had no idea was affected by the storms, and what damage was going on, that we were not aware of. Our roof looks great, the damage done to the ceiling was taken care of and it looks great!! Living room and the garage. They were detailed and not frivolous about any of it. Holden replaced our shingles due to hail damage. They were super efficient, extremely pleasant and their workmanship was outstanding. They started around 7:00am and finished around 7:00pm. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all the trash. Our representative was Luis Bonilla and I would highly recommend him. He kept us informed, monitored the project throughout the day and returned the next to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Holden Roofing!!!
