The guys went out of their way to make sure we were up to city code and they worked with us, the adjuster, and the insurance company to get the job done. Fantastic customer service! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our Rufco rep., Ivan, was with us through every step of the process. They went out of their way to make sure we were up to city code and they worked with us, the adjuster, and the insurance company to get the job done. When the roof was finished - and it looks perfect - they had trouble getting final payment from my insurance company. Most companies would threaten you if they didn’t receive prompt payment but Ivan told me, “Don’t worry about it. They’ll send the check eventually.” I highly recommend Rufco to anyone and everyone looking to update their home!!!!
