I have hired Vasquez Roofing Company to replace the shingle roof of my personal home Corpus Christi with a metal roof. I was astonished that the price was only a bit higher then a 30 year single. Now I have a roof that will last virtually forever! In addition, Mr Vasquez told me about a special paper to apply on the underside of the roof instead of using felt paper. He said it would seal the wood better and provide lower energy costs. I was not sure at first but now I am so glad it did. My house is much cooler then before.
