Deana was so helpful on the phone and gave me good tips and advice, she sent the guys out and they replaced a couple broken tiles in our roof and got some gunk out of the gutter to help it drain better, and they only charged us a service call price. (Granted we had extra tiles) but I would defintely recommend them!
