Pretty sure this business is out of business. The guy who came and gave me my estimate was great, 5 stars. However it's been months and no one answers the phone or calls back when you leave messages. Three stars because I never got to get the work done.

I was extremely happy with the foundation repair by Sea Side Foundation!! The guys know the job and provided all the answers for the problem . I could not be happier with the price and the results . I already recommended them to some friends. Five stars !!!

Seaside did a wonderful job on my home. From replacing beams to leveling, their work was done on time and explained to me every step of the way. They arrived when they said they would arrive and did the job as promised. They called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied with the work! I won't use anyone else!

They did work on my house 4 years ago and I have not had any problems since then. The salesman was thorough on explaining the leveling process and even though the estimate was higher than others I received I decided to go with them. Sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the job done right than going the cheaper route.

I was very satisfied with the work they recently did on my home. They finished a little earlier then quoted. I highly recommend and will use in the future.
