We recently had new gutters install and some major plumbing work done by Omar and his team. Can’t say enough positive about professionalism and efficiency of these guys. From the initial evaluation, through work and completion everything was conducted with care and on time, while making sure all of our concerns were addressed. This is the best contracting company I’ve dealt with and, based on my personal experience, I highly recommend their work. Job very well done.

Omar Herrera, the owner of Cardinal Roofing, did an outstanding job on my home that far exceeded my expectations. Two years ago I went with a larger and more well know roofing company in the DFW area. For reasons not worth mentioning here I was left unsatisfied. Omar had performed a roofing job for some family members two years ago and they were highly impressed as was I, so for this most recent hail storm in March of 2019 I decided to give Omar a shot. That was a great decision as Omar’s attention to detail was unparalleled, and he treated it as if it was his own home. Below are some of the reasons I was left highly satisfied and a lifetime customer of his: - He used a team that was highly trusted and with whom he had a mutual respect. Omar did not want to let me down, and they clearly did not want to let him down. - They did not cut corners and used high quality products that we had discussed and the high quality crew completed the work quickly, efficiently, and according to the scope we had originally discussed. - They covered my entire pool with tarp to protect it, but still took the time to attach a magnet to a string and run it along pool bottom to check for errant nails. - Omar and his financial team were extremely efficient as far as utilizing funds from insurance which helped me by not only keeping more money in my pocket, but also because the progress of the project was not delayed for things such as having to wait for supplements from the insurance and whatnot which is very common in this industry. Additionally, he threw in EXTRA jobs that I didn’t even expect, such as painting my garage or the top of my AC vent. - The painter was also thorough and upon starting to paint the fence, I realized I wanted to change colors because it didn’t come out as I expected. So not only did Omar have them get a different paint color, but didn’t charge me for it nor the labor required to redo it. And they painted the wooden border around my flower bed to match the fence as well, which again was not required of them but they did it because they care about doing a good job. - Omar, the owner, visited frequently and took pictures of the roof and other work that was under completion so I could get updates even when I was not at home. I am probably missing some other details, but Omar’s care for doing a job to perfection will simply leave one referring Cardinal Roofing to everyone.

Very happy with the work Cardinal performed. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Great explanation of worked needed and how it worked including timelines of what would get accomplished in what order. Omar was always available to answer questions and was helpful communicating to the insurance company also. Highly recommended and would use again in future.

Super clear on details, open with communication, as well as handling difficult insurance folks. Omar is super responsive and truly cares about his customers and his crews. They are true pro's at navigating the dizzying world of insurance and kept us informed, clear on expectations and aware of the work being done.
