I highly recommend Houser Roofing. They came promptly to look at my roof, met with my insurance inspector and caught an item left off the initial report. The workers came early and had my roof done that afternoon. All trash was completely cleaned up. They took care of all the paperwork and kept me in the loop the whole time. Completely satisfied and love my new roof!

Jeff was extremely helpful in working through the insurance process, joining two separate adjusters on different inspections to ensure that our hail damage was acknowledged. And on the second inspection, the claim was paid! As a company, Houser Roofing performed beyond our expectations. Their crew was experienced, extremely hard-working and friendly. Houser crew finished by 2:00 pm, returned 5 days later and installed new gutters. Upgraded gutters and repaired fascia board, no added charge. Excellent job! No nail guns. Highly recommend them.

Work is not complete but already love these guys (Travis). Travis came over to look at a roof leak and when he was up there mentioned about hail damage and will be coming out during the adjuster visit. He not only fixed the immediate problem at no cost but is also helping with insurance. Amazing people, great customer service.
