We had a hail storm and when Blake saw our roof he asked if we needed assistance with emergency patch work and I said yes. He was there within 10 minutes. He has been absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about him. He held our hand through the insurance claim he did all the leg work for getting them to approve a lot of things that I would have never known how to do. He was a Godsend and we needed someone justt like him. I’ve also met the project managers, Coby and Colton and they were just amazing guys. Very upbeat and wiling to listen and do anything they can to help. The actual job site was great. They were there and they worked and I was always updated with what to expect from Blake or Coby. The line of communication was great. Anyone that is looking for a contractor to do their work you absolutely would be making the right choice to choose ECR. From the get go get them in there before you do anything else. It will be the wisest choice you’ve ever made.
