Called to have them repair my roof after the hail storm, they were very polite and prompt. They gave me a free estimate and the crew was just the nicest guys! Full of smiling faces! They were recommended to me from a very good friend and I will definitely pass on the word! Thank you guys!

You can count on North Texas Roofing as they have over 50 years experience in roofing across North Texas, including Plano. They are a high quality, dependable "local" roofer with the highest rating by the BBB. Why look elsewhere when you can have this type of expertise!

I had a leaky ridge vent and called North Texas Roofing about it. We went into the attic and they said I needed some whirly bird vents to cool the attic. Vents and leak were supposed to be fixed. Well I guess they didn't tell the installer about the leak because he installed the vents and left. I go up to check the leak next time it rained and drip, drip, drip, the leak is still there. I called and left a message and Richard called me back. I told him the situation and he said he'd call me back again. That was a couple of weeks ago. No word. I cannot recommend North Texas Roofing based on my experience.

We have lived in our home only a yr before the hail came through Lavon, TX where we live. Having to file a claim this soon was a surprise and a learning experience. North Texas Roofing stopped by and I was excited to not have to hunt for a company. I checked out these reviews and the BBB and felt very comfortable having thim help with the roof. Based on our experience, I do not recommend them. We starting off with us having to call and ask when the roof was being done because they dropped off materials and we had no idea they were even coming. No big deal right? Well, the miscommunication just got worse. Long story short our NEW roof, not so new at all. We had the roof inspected by a 3rd party who we have used 3 times before and the pictures of our roof with lifting, not sealed, and improperly installed shingles. Even cracked and damaged ones! No, the quality of work was not to my expectations for a NEW roof!

Noth Texas Roofing did an awesome job! The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I am very happy with my new roof, looks great! I higjly recommend them for your roofing needs!
