Their pricing is great as it came a bit lower than a few other estimates. Their workmanship is spot on as their crew is meticulous and worked hard to finish a quality job done right on time. I moved to Lubbock, TX in March of 2015. After gathering bids for a workshop with a garage attachment, I decided on Dave's Roofing & Metal Buildings. David was very easy to work with and bent over backwards to help me get the building I wanted. He assisted with and offered helpful suggestions for getting a variance with the city. He also took care of all the permit paperwork. He was very upfront about the whole project and there were no hidden surprises. His crews were thorough and did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process a pleasure. David answered all of my questions during the project and was quick to follow up with a few minor things I wanted changed. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of work was excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build any type of metal structure!
