Jacob came out gave us estimate was very impressed. He gave us our opinions and explained every thing in clear detail. Once we decided on which way we wanted to go. He explained the next steps we needed and scheduled the roofers to come out do the job. Employees came out did excellent job. Jacob did follow up visit and phone call after job was done. Adam from Schulte Roofing came out promptly after we experienced a bit of wind and hail damage to our roof. He was honest, thorough, professional, and extremely informative, answering all of my questions and helping me to understand. He was straightforward and didn't try to oversell me on a roof, looking to meet our needs.

I had been a customer of Schulte Roofing in the past and had received great treatment from their inspector, Jacob Pimentel. He was professional, courteous, and gave us an honest and fair assessment of the repairs needed. Recently we had additional damage to our roof and once again I called Schulte Roofing. They promised an inspection the following week and I happily agreed to the date and time offered. As I left for work this morning, I saw the inspector driving to our home and he arrived promptly at the time that was promised. My wife met Jacob once again and was pleased to see him. This time Jacob was obviously ill and let my wife know that he has cancer and has been undergoing chemo treatment. He also mentioned that his company told him they could send another inspector to check our roof. Jacob let her know that we were his customers and wanted to take care of it personally. Folks, I can't imagine what this young man is going through, but to know that he climbed on top of my house, while being as sick as he is because he wished to take care of us, speaks volumes to his character and work ethic. I had to share how much we appreciated him doing that for us. I am sure that Schulte Roofing knows the type of employee they have with Jacob, but I felt that everyone considering a company to help them with their roofing needs should know as well. It is obvious that his company hires quality people and instills a desire to take care of the customers in them. Jacob, we appreciate what you did...you didn't need to, but thank you. Excellent service, excellent workmanship, this is a quality company that does outstanding work. We compared their efforts to the finished job a couple of our neighbors received working with other companies...the Schulte roof was far superior...could not believe the effort they went to to protect our plants and clean up when they finished. I had a leak in my skylight, which they promptly scheduled and came out to fix. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed on the first try. Luckily, when the leak occurred within the first year, covered by the warranty, they once again quickly came out and found the issue and fixed it!
