I called them on Monday and scheduled an installation for blown in insulation in Bay City, Tx. They said they would do it next week but they wouldn't give me an exact day. They said they would call me the day before if they were going to be in town. I called on Monday the next week to confirm and the lady seemed a little annoyed that I had called, she said they would call me when they were going to do the installation. The entire week went by and they didn't call. That was June, it is now September and I never heard from them. They were going to do 704 sq ft.
