I find it hard to believe that a so called legitimate business refuse to take cash from a paying customer. I spoke to Mr escandon about his adjuster. I told him his adjuster told me they can't give me an estimate. But that they would go there my insurance company. I find that stupid. I then told mr escandon that I did not want to go threw my insurance, That I wanted to pay cash. He then said that they only do insurance work. It seems like company only works with insurance to screw insurance companies over. Watch out for this company People dont trust them.

Had roof replaced called for maintenance that's when we open the can of worms they had no idea they had done our roof and blamed it completely on the sales person but we have paperwork for it saying it was Escandon turns out supposedly another company did the roof and they have not even tried to call us help us or resolve the issue even though the paperwork says Escandon on company letterhead very shady will not take the time to call back and went in person and spoke to the two ladies in the front beware be careful don't put yourself in unnecessary situations find another company

I have had my roof replaced twice by Escandon Roofing both due to weather related damage. In both instances, they have worked with me to make sure everything could be taken care of for the amount the insurance company was willing to pay. They have been extremely professional and their work was amazing and timely! I would recommend Escandon without hesitation and I in fact have recommended them every time I have known someone needed roofing assistance. Amazing to work with!

Escandon far exceeded basic roofing doing a fabulous job on my house. 4 years ago I had a new roof installed by a very poor roofer. At the first rain every penetration leaked as they had not even placed expansion caps on pipes etc. Escandon took great pains to repair flanges etc and install a new roof using the proper techniques. They were also fast and efficient.

Horrible experience. I asked for an inspection to prevent delays on closing the sale of the house. No issues were found but the inspector did. After completing the work, the owners son, (he claimed) demanded payment at my front door without an invoice. When I asked for one, he said he would email one. After emailing one, he shoved the phone at my face for me to look at it. So very rude. I wasn't treated in this manner when solicited to replace the roof in 2008. Won't be calling them again.
