I enlisted J Company Roofing to fix my roof in early February. The new roof was installed on February 12 and I was told gutters would be installed about 8 days later. I called in March 3 and was told my gutters were being ordered. I called March 13 and I was told by Jack McMullen that I hadn't paid for gutters. After reviewing the paperwork I was told it was "an honest mistake" and my gutters would be ordered. After several more phone calls and getting "doing my best for you" from Jack my gutters were installed April 2. I wouldn't hire Jack to re-roof a dog house. Certainly don't give this company a cent until the job is completely finished. If I could give this company less than one star I would.
