My 5 stars are a reflection of Tucker. This young man has been an absolute blessing! Recently bought a home just outside of Tyler, one that I plan on spending the rest of my days in. ASAP came on high recommendation from my realtor. Tucker is a fantastic ambassador for ASAP, answering every question I've had with an honesty and integrity that is hard to find in my hometown of Houston. He absolutely shines! Tucker has gone above and beyond in every way, even agreeing to come by the house on his day off to go over the finished job and collect payment a full two days after the job will be finished, because I can't get back to Tyler until Saturday. Now that's customer service! I am truly appreciative that Cypress Land & Home recommended ASAP to me. Thank you Tucker and thank you ASAP Roofing! Top notch to this point! I can't wait to see the new roof! Edit to add: The roof is now on the house and it looks amazing. The guys did a great job, even added a piece of flashing that wasn't on the house before, but protects water from blowing in to that opening. Very proactive and a nice touch! I flagged down Randall Hill as he was leaving my neighbor's house. From the start, he was friendly, more than willing to help with my roof inspection, very honest and made sure all my questions were answered. I got hold of my insurance company and then got back to Randall. As soon as the rains quit, he and the roofing crew were out here bright and early around 6:30 AM. They went right to work, my roof was finished within a day and looks great. Everyone was really nice, fast and professional. I highly recommend Randall Hill and ASAP Roofing. I was kept up to date on the scheduling from initial contact, material delivery and to finish of a great looking new roof and I really appreciate that. I have a new roof and after the clean up, you couldn't tell anyone was there! Great job and great work ASAP and Randall Hill.

Everything was on budget as quoted and done quickly and professionally. David Lucien was always easy to get a hold of and answered all questions same day. Would highly recommend. Ceiling repair done by subcontractor was also excellent. Will definitely use both companies again in the future. Had multiple roofing replacement quotes done and this company had others beat by $1000's. Crew did entire roof replacement and decking repair in less than a day!
