In November 2018, our roof was replaced by this company. About 3 weeks ago I noticed several large sections of roofing in my gutters as well as several large chunks of roofing missing. The owner of the company Ken finally came out after having to make 2 phone calls. He confirmed the areas in questions and committed to having this project manager come look at the entire roof for more damage. It has been 3 weeks since our first contact. I spoke with him again and he continues to tell me he does not know when he can get back out. In the mean time I feel I am at risk of having interior damage if we get a severe storm. His position is that no additional damage will occur. I have spoken with a several insurance companies who would not recommend this company. No service after the work. Basically, this is a "take your money and run company".I asked him to resolve this issue within the next couple of weeks and he will not commit as to when they will get out to re-look/repair. If I file a claim with my insurance company to investigate the workmanship, I loose my no claim discount on my current policy and future renewals.Obviously, the owner does not care about referrals.
I called to have them give me an estimate for some gutter work. They asked questions about my roof but I told them we aren't replacing the roof at this time. They sent someone out and he looked at what we needed and said we would get an estimate. That was two weeks ago and we haven't heard a peep. My husband called and left a message but still nothing. Won't use them even when we purchase a new roof.
Never got gutters after 8 weeks of waiting. Took 2 more weeks after requesting for a refund only to be told they didn't have the funds and to wait. They initially lied and told me they had put the check in the mail. It was only when I went to their office 3 days in a row to pursue the funds owed to me that i got a refund check. During these 3 days. They stopped answering my calls. Locked the front door on a business day. They avoided me at all cost. I would not recommend this business at all.
Did a great job for my Mother, I highly recommend Superior Roofing. After there free roof inspection they helped us through the whole claim process. Very professional, great staff!
They did outstanding work on my rent house! I called and that same day Skylar came out and did an inspection! They gave me a fair price and I couldn’t turn it down! Definitely use them for any roofing needs!
