Cypress roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. Everyone I had contact with was efficient and professional. My new roof looks and functions great. I could not be happier with the work that was done or people who did it so well.

Very responsive and engaged throughout the project. The hands that performed the work cleaned thoroughly and were very courteous. Tried to get multiple bids from several companies but Cypress and one other were the only to respond. Cypress had the best bid and seemed more professional in their demeanor. Albert couldn't have possibly done a better job either in the bidding, planning or execution of the work. And anyone on the fence about a metal roof just do it. It will save you money on your energy bill. The reflective surface and lower thermal mass of the metal vs asphalt shingle kept my home cooler in the heat off the day. AC ran probably 20% less often and the temp stayed more even.

Absolutely top notch. I had cypress roofing come out and repair some chimney issues I was having a few months before the storm. Fast forward to that night, a tornado had ripped half our roof off and set it in our backyard. Without knowing our situation Cypress Roofing called me that next morning just checking in because they knew of the bad weather we had experienced the night before. They came out that same day and layed a specialized tarp out on our roof. Not long after replaced our entire roof and also hauled off our old roof that was laying in our backyard. Cypress roofing was there to answer any questions I had along the way. I would recommend them to anyone who has anything minor to major in regards to roof issues. Albert made personal connections with us and made us feel less like a customer and more like family. I cant say enough how pleased we are with our new roof and will continue to use them for any other issues we may run into down the road.

From start to finish. Project manager, Albert Martinez did a great job in planning, executing and completing our new roof. He was very easy to communicate with. He was also knowledgeable in the insurance claim process. We believe we now have one of the nicest roofs in our neighborhood! It is beautiful! The workers were polite and very hard working as well as doing a quality job, and they cleaned up every day before they left.
