4 years ago Athens Roofing put a metal roof on my house. In January of 2019 I noticed some of the panels on the rear of the house were beginning to discolor. I sent them an email on Sunday, they contacted me on Monday and were out here Tuesday. They took pictures and contacted the metal supplier. Long story short, last week they sent a crew out to replace all the discolored panels without one red cent out of my pocket. In this day and age that is incredible customer service with both the supplier and Athens Roofing standing behind their product. If you don't let them put your roof on you are making a mistake. Went through HomeAdvisor who set up the appointment. He called the day before to confirm and arrived exactly on time. Came out for an estimate after some (multiple) leaks. Arrived exactly on timeHe hopped up on the roof, banged around a bit and we thought 'what is he doing?' 10 minutes later he jumps down and states 'All fixed. Just a few nailed popped up from the winds'. Refused any payment. So basically, he won't rip you off and helps you out. Obviously I'll be calling again if I have any bigger projects. Recommended
