My family & I could not have chosen a better contractor for our roof and fence repair. Matt did all of the coordination with the builders, including my insurance carrier. Matt walked us through the entire process and remained engaged until the work was finalized. We could not be happier with the end product! We absolutely could not be happier with the service and work done by these fine people. Completely honest with great work ethic. All questions were answered in a timely fashion (same day). David was our "working supervisor" who not only was available whenever needed, but he was here when materials were delivered and, sat in his truck in the hot temperature for the entire time work was being performed at our home. He was very conscious about the clean up after work was completed and even came by on several occasions to make sure everything was good and to double and triple check the work and our satisfaction. They were simply awesome. Chris Horstdaniel was made the entire process of getting our roof replaced so easy. He handled the insurance company and when he said the crew would show up to do the work, they were there on time. They completed our roof in ONE DAY. Chris stopped by during the day, and made sure that the onsite supervisor answered any questions we had. If you need work done, Level 1 is the way to go!
