We have used High Performance Restoration for our past 2 roof, garage door, gutters and screen replacements. One call to Brad Black and it all magically gets done! They have awesome crews that are timely and were always in communication with us (that’s a huge plus for me)! They do amazing work and do a great job of cleaning up as well. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option!

Who had to replace our roof due to the recent hail storm. After thorough and careful assessment of several roofing companies, we went with High Performance Restoration in Frisco, TX. They were professional, honest and upfront with what would need to be done. They explained in details the process, the high quality shingles with the solid warranty. Moreover the cost were very reasonable. Doug Gardner, the person in charge of the installation was present frequently during the installation. The windows and shrubs are protected from the old shingles being taken down. They finished in little over a day. The clean up was thorough and complete. Doug walked me through the final stage to explain what was done and cleaned up the few remaining nails. Roof replacement is usually stressful. This experience was good. I would definitely recommend that one consider High Performane Restoration for roofing needs

We are extremely pleased, impressed and thankful for this roofing company “High Performance Restoration”! We had some difficulties with our insurance company, but Adam Pusateri and his company High Performance Restoration, worked diligently and faithfully to help us resolve them! Also, they did an absolutely wonderful job with our roof! Their team was amazing, they were professional, hard working and did an awesome quality job! Also, If anything wasn’t done quite right, Adam had it fixed immediately! He was always quick to respond and never needed to be reminded of anything! He was always kind, patient and professional! Even after we had paid in full, Adam made sure the final details of the job were finished perfectly, which is rare for companies to be that honorable! We are so satisfied with High Performance Roofing and would recommend always using them!

Their roofer assessed our problem and did some decent but work, but the roof continued to leak in big rains. They returned and suggested several costly improvements to stop the leak, but three other roofers discounted their suggestions. They are the professionals and should have been able to accurately assess the problem the first time, instead of chaining together stopgap measures, which would double or triple the price. UPDATE: When HPRLLC saw this review they immediately contacted me and arranged to fix the problem. A team of three professions came out and assessed the situation. We think that we found the problem, and it won't cost to fix it! After several assessments by different roofers, this group nailed the problem: thanks.

Roof repair was completed quickly with a high level of service. Very appreciative of their help and will definitely use them again for future home repair needs.
