The Roof Lady LLC came highly recommended by another trusted service provider. Ellis gave us a thorough evaluation, including photos, of our issues & needed repairs, a detailed bid that was fairly priced, & a great crew that completed the job in two days. Ours was a total roof replacement, and included repairs of damage created by raccoons who decided they wanted to share our home. Ellis was on site both days, kept us informed of conditions under the shingles (which he had evaluated quite accurately - no surprises!), and, even though his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up, he came back & walked the property himself to insure all was in order! Very impressed.
