Fantastic to work with. We had roof damage to our rental property and we live out of state. My insurance agent we have down there recommended Mason at Emerald Roofing and glad they did. Mason was very thorough and was easy to work with (even being states away). He worked very well with the insurance adjuster and within a week of my call to him for a look at the roof and him meeting our adjuster my roof was in process of being replaced. Pleasure to work with you all and though I hope I don't have to call again for repairs from another storm - you all will be my first call should I hear there is another one!

They set up appointments and showed up when they said they would. They provided an estimate for the job and did the job for the estimated price, even though the job was more challenging than expected. I had a leak in my roof due to bolts for my pool water solar panels not being sealed. Emerald Roofers removed the solar panels, replaced the damaged wood, shingles and reinstalled my solar panels. The job was on a two story barn garage over my pool. They completed the job in a day as projected. I added to the job to replace the damage ceiling and drywall via a phone call. They honored the quote they gave me on their initial visit. Though the whole job was a greater challenge than anticipated and some extra hardware needed to be purchased they honored their quote. There were a few clips for the solar panel that had failed and they immediately came out and replaced them, no charge no issue. I would recommend Emerald Roofing & Remodeling to a friend..

Warning do not hire this company. After I hired them to do a job prior to selling my home the house immediately started to leak from the roof in the same exact spot. I hired this company to do a job and when they were called to come out and assess the issue for the second time they denied responsibility. Do not use this company

Emerald Roofing replaced our roof, painted the ext of our house, and some sheet rock and painting inside. The job was done on time and for exactly what the quote was. I would highly recommend the professionalism and quality done by Emerald Roofing.
