Mr. Ortiz and his team did a phenomenal, high quality job on my roof after the latest hail storm hit. They went above and beyond making sure my needs were met and they took the time to work with my insurance company to make sure all damage was documented. I highly recommend Roof Pros!!!

We called Roof Pros on the recommendation of a friend at Bandera Electric Coop. Jacob and Cullen came out to survey our house and present their bid for a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof. We chose Copper Brown as the color, and pictures of our house with the new roof are on their website. The price was reasonable; the workers are efficient and friendly; work progressed smoothly and quickly; and the roof looks simply wonderful. They were attentive to our needs throughout the process. We are more than pleased with these folks and their work. Great company, great people, great job!

Thank you, Callun and Jacob, for a job well done. Starting with estimate, appointments and contract. The Boys measured roof over weekend. I was out of town and ask them to do so and they did. Called monday morning with 3 roof bids after discussing advantages of each roofing system. The choice was made easy by the amount of knowledge and infomation I was given. I was kept in the loop through the whole prosess. By Tuesday contract was writen. I was out of town so Roof Pro wait till wednessday to sign contract. Tear off of old system was difficult the young men never complained. They just worked harder. After tear off, my yard was cleaned again. And metal was deliveried and application was started. There was no down time the boys worked every day. Started by 9 am work to aleast 5 pm afternoon. I wanted job done by friday and it was. Everything was done how and when Roof Pro said it would be.. Jacob and Callen are the roof pros here. They are honest, polite, and hard working young men. You can trust Roof Pros to do the job right.
