So far I have had a great experience working with John, the owner. I called him last minute on a Sunday morning with hopes that he could come to the house I was purchasing. I needed to get an estimate on repairs that came back on the inspection report because my lender was requiring them and we couldnt begin negotiations without them. He understood my urgency. Within the hour he was at my future house and only 2 hours after, he had generated an estimate for me. I would also like to add that his prices were very reasonable. After repairs have been made, I will provide a second review. Overall, great company to work with.
