I’ve dealt with many contractors here in east Texas over the last 30 years and I must say that Rebuild Texas Roofing is one of the best. This group is composed of very caring people, from the Management Team down to the installers. All of them do what it takes to make you a satisfied customer. Re-Build Texas Construction was the best roofing company to deal with from the very start. Initially I talked with Josh on the phone about what I was looking for. He came to assess the damage, met back with me to review products and coverage from my insurance, and they completed my roof today. Along the way, their entire team provided exceptional service, made me aware of different product quality to make the best informed decision, and really went to to bat for me. My insurance company refused to pay for certain necessary items, but Nick at the Re-Build Texas Construction team worked with them on explaining what was necessary and why it needed to be done and got it all worked out without me having to worry about it. Darrin called me yesterday to set up installation today. His crew was here at the time he said they would be and they worked diligently to complete the job very early in the afternoon. They took time to lay tarps to catch debris and materials and afterwards cleaned everything up thoroughly, with nothing left behind. And the result is a beautiful roof. Everything lines up evenly, quality exceeded expectations, and looks stellar. I’ve seen some other roofing company’s do a poor job where lines don’t line up and it’s obvious those other companies do not care about quality. I’ve used Re-Build Construction years ago on and old house and the quality and service back then was exactly the same. This is a company that cares about the client, providing quality service, and installing a quality product. I would highly recommend these guys to help you out. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Rebuild Texas Construction. I worked with Brian Baney who was very straight forward with me from the start. I've been burned by a roofing company in the past, they basically took all the insurance money and didn't repair everything that was covered, leaving me none the wiser. But Brian was great about listening to my concerns and explaining to me how the entire process would work from start to finish. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was completely satisfied, but upon final inspection the inspector didn't like where a downspout was placed and scheduled to have someone come out and move it to where our french drains can better handle the runoff. Extra work that I didn't request or pay for, just to do things the right way. You don't find service like that these days. 100% satisfied and I've already hired them to handle some additional work. I got a very professional and prompt service from Rebuild Texas Construction since day one. All other companies were too busy to come to come to my house. I called Rebuild TX to request a quote, and Nathan called me right away. He worked with my schedule. He came to our home at 6PM 3 times. He explained what was causing our leak, and gave us different options. He wasn't pushy at all, but he explained the repairs so easy to understand. Then, he came to put a tarp in our house to mitigate the leak. It wasn't easy because another roofer tried to it before and he couldn't install it. But, Nathan made work perfectly, and stop our leak until the roof got replaced. I am really happy with Nathan and I definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a reputable, professional, and honest company.

Customer service these days in most cases is severely lacking, but not with Rebuild Texas. I have had three separate, relatively major projects done and all have been done in a timely manner, at a fair price and with great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend for any project you have, and highly recommend Jennifer as a project manager.
