I reached out to Gilbert at Elevation Roofing after another company who installed my roof three years ago improperly mounted my Directv satellite causing a leak that damaged my roof and joists over time. The original roofing company refused to acknowledge the defect or even talk to me about a repair, regardless of who was paying. It’s always funny how these roofing companies disappear when there’s an issue. In comes Gilbert. He was referred to me by a co-worker and neighbor. He’s from the area and tied into the community. Gilbert came out the next day, looked at the damage, gave me a very competitive (and reasonable) quote and was able to do the repair the following day. He talked me through the steps and repair. He was also able to match my shingles exactly, and now you can’t tell anything happened. Definitely call Gilbert. He and his crew were the epitome of professional and helpful.
