Very bad to do business with . Gave Dave $8,440 on 1-8-19 , I ended up canceling the work due to his lack of urgency. I keep getting the run around ,no one calls me back about my refund. Contractors are so eager to be nice to you ,and much quicker to get your money from you , but have excuses about how they can't do the work. So I give integrity a negative. Being a business man myself thank God I don't run a business like that.

By far the most professional and well put together company I’ve ever had work done by. The personnel are very respectable and the work gets done a lot quicker then I anticipated!! All together five stars from me!

Granade Roofing requested 50% up front, "10,000" dollars for galvalume roof for my home in Schertz, Texas. Joe Granade, Dave's son, excepted payment Jan 04, 2019 of 10,000 dollars. Receipt Down Payment for Metal Roof Installation Amount: $10,000 USD Paid Paid at:Jan 04 Payment method Cheque Work was to begin in two weeks, but excuses than began. Two weeks gone and I had to contact to request where we were on Roof replacement. Reply on Jan 23... "Hey George, I did not get a call but we are looking at first week of February. The guys got slowed down on another job because of the weather we’ve had and will get started on yours as soon as they finish up on that one". Again after two weeks and no contact I requested what was up. Reply on Feb 08 "George, Sorry for the delay in getting to your roof replacement. Mother Nature hasn’t been the best to us lately which has pushed things back. It looks like next week we should be able to get to it. I will update you with an exact start date on Monday. Thank you for your patience!" No call on Monday, "see where this is going" I have no room to add entire contents of this review other than to say this company is in the business of excuses and non performance. Request by lawyer for return of funds remains unanswered. Small claims court, here we go. Be aware, Granade Roofing is a dishonest company.

Granade Roofing completed work at our house installing gutters and repairing awnings. They were at the site when they said they would be and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend them.
