I had to wait a while for them to come out, but the others I called were the same way - we'd had some bad weather. When they did come out, they gave me a fair estimate, actually much lower than what I thought it would cost, and sent a responsible, respectful man, Joe, I thihk, to do the work. He showed me the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. It included shoring up part of the roof that the builder had not done properly, but he did it for the same price as the estimate and was done in a few hours. Best thing I can say is that I would not hesitate to call Volkert again. Also, the office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had roof repairs done for our Business, work was completed in a timely manner. Work was done to our expectations and price was what was quoted. Communication was great throughout process.
