We had a huge hailstorm that destroyed our roof. For the few days and weeks to follow we would be bombarded with phone calls and door to door sales people trying to get our business for the roof replacement. One day Brent was driving through the neighborhood on business, and we ended up chatting and setting an appointment for an estimate. Unfortunately, mine and my husband’s schedules conflicted for the day of the appointment and I had to cancel last minute to take my little one to baseball. I literally had to leave a note on our front door for Brent, cancelling our appointment. Brent wasn’t miffed or unpleasant in the least. He was so understanding and even though I felt horrible, knowing that he wasn’t angry made me feel at ease. At last appointment/contract day came. The process was simple and easy. The workers showed up when we were told they would show up, and they completed the job on time. They worked hard while they were here, and care was taken to get up all of the nails and debris that are created during a roof replacement.
