Hired Aldana Construction to repair water damage to the siding on my house. They were 1 of only 2 people even who returned my call asking for an estimate. (Customer Service in this town is non-existent) Oscar came out the same day I asked for an estimate. When I emailed him a few days later to tell him I'd like to hire them, they came out and started the work within a couple of hours. The crew was friendly, explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall I was impressed.

I recently bought a home, and quickly learned of a leak in the roof. Hired Aldana Construction: everything started out fine. They came out and fixed the problem. That very same weekend it rained and I learned they didn't actually fix anything at all. Called several times, and was always told 'that was our mistake, we will fix it for free, see you tomorrow'. They never showed up. I have phone records that prove I have called on a weekly basis for THREE MONTHS. Either hire another company, or be prepared to go through with a lawsuit.
