All I can say WOW, these guys must be rolling in $$$ and don’t need any business. I have called at least 6 times and spoken to Richard Innocenti. He told me each time he would be out to give me a quote on fixing my windows. This has gone on for at least 3 months, and I’m still waiting for somebody to show up. It’s disappointing that I’m unable to get service from these guys after they had been so highly recommended.
