My contractor was a little late paying Joe for a paltry $7,000 of work. Keep in mind that I had already paid Joe tens of thousands of dollars for other work. So instead of going after the contractor, he threatened to put a LIEN ON MY PROPERTY without even calling me first. 1. Does not appreciate his business 2. Punishes the end client for his squabbles with contractors I called Joe to ask for an apology and he said that this was "normal procedure" WHAT? Joe is not an upstanding businessman. DO NOT USE HIM!
