Ive subcontracted with Chet before. He owes me over 15k for TPO roof install and materials. Hes just a classic seasonal "roofer" scammer. Ive had to hunt him down ive looked for him in his old duplex home were he got EVICTED ON WEST PART OF FORT WORTH, he had to move back to his parrents in this adress. He's only a middle man hires contrators he collects and dose not pay. Uses excuses and eventually dose not answer his phone. He hires random home depo joes to do Residential shingles. One of his ex employees had to give me his brothers number to hunt him down. Ex employee mentioned during his "work"hours its blow and strip joints. I will be paying a visit soon to this adress. Home owners beware of a possibility well placed lein by a smart sub. Subs beware of having to hunt down a check that went to entertainers and illegal substance.
