I called up 3 different roofing companies and Micasa also had the best quote for me. They weren't exceptionally inexpensive, but they were slightly below the next lowest bid. They did their estimate based on Google Aerial instead of coming out to my house. I suspect this is partly why they're able to bid with a slightly less quote. They honored their Google Aerial price completely. As soon as a work order was signed Micasa was able to get someone out to my place to install within 2 weeks. (Mine wasn't an emergency.) My roof was replaced quickly and they were able to provide me with the permits showing that it passed inspection. Micasa was also able to point out that the prior owner used the wrong material for the flat roof, resulting in my flat roof portion leaking every winter. All in all, it was a good experience and I highly recommend them.
