Cole and his crew are awesome!!!! When I called for a estimate Cole from the Palestine Office called back within the hour. Cole then was at the house within 5 minutes of his phone call. I had an estimate for my roof in less that 2 hours. he was very upfront and honest with his quote and he told us it would be a week and a half before they could get started. To his word a week and a half they had my roof here and working on it. it took them 2 days and my roof was done cleaned up and you would never know they where here. I will recommend Cole with ASAP Roofing any day. Thanks Cole

My experience with ASAP wasn’t the best... had some problems with my roof and called to get somebody to come out and take a look...they took my info and it literally took about a week until I got a call back to schedule a time that somebody would come. After they finally came out and took a look and told us what could possibly be wrong with our roof they said they would email us the estimate to repair it and it’s been a month with no estimate sent and within this month I’ve called the direct guy that has come out.. I’ve texted him ...I’ve called the main ASAP number to talk to someone else ...and I’ve emailed the main ASAP email and nothing... I really wanted to use ASAP for our roofing needs but obviously they didn’t care about my roof and getting our money... so on to another roofing company who will hopefully be a little more professional.
