The crew completed the job within 24 hours of start time and they did a great job at cleaning up, including a magnet sweep which was so valuable to us having multiple dogs and children. James runs a first class business. My downspout gutter had blown off and James sent one of his employees to take a look. He said there wasn’t much involved to fix and repaired it no charge. They knock out the inspection and estimate quicker than any other company I could find(I had discovered a leak after the last heavy storm). My wife and I had accepted an offer to sell our home, after the buyer’s inspection we discovered we needed a new roof to be installed. Our agent connected us with SA Roofmasters. I contacted James Baladez, the owner, and he had one of his staff come to our home and prepared an estimate. SA Roofmasters communicated with our insurance company to have the roof replaced in a timely manner. SA Roofmasters adjusted their work schedule to meet our timeline in selling the home. The roof was replaced and SA Roofmasters continued communication so that we were well informed of their work schedule. The staff removed all material, I asked if I could add some wood we had in the garage and they took that as well. The day before closing the owners discovered a leak in the water heater and James Baladez, the owner of SA Roofmasters worked tirelessly to contact his plumber to check our water heater. The plumber came early in the morning to make the repairs. It is often said that you cannot find quality work and people that care. I assure that SA Roofmasters is extremely professional, kept us informed of the work schedule and went well above and beyond our expectations.
