Very efficient! Every bit of my experience was very seamless and no hassle! Everyone on the staff and crew I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helped with the process. They were also very courteous with updates so I never was left wondering where we stood. The confidence in their craft really shows! Will definitely consider again for any and all home repairs and will recommend to family and friends!

There are so many reasons for posting this review regarding the extraordinary professionalism and superior customer service provided by the outstanding staff of Yancey Home Improvement; a few I will share and you will immediately understand and fill in the many more reasons not posted here. First: Shawna--Shawna is the first point of contact with Yancey and immediately upon first communication a rapport is established, instilling trust, support, sincerity, value of customers, and honesty in dealings. The initial contact with a company is paramount in the decision-making of a customer. Without a doubt, Shawna dispels any hesitation in a customer's reticence in contracting with Yancey Home Improvements. It is my point of view that the traits noted above are innate-this is just Shawna 's person and Yancey is lucky to have such a valuable person on staff. Second: The service staff (Patrick and Saul Torres--only members of staff with whom I have dealt) were timely on arrival date for the re-roofing, thorough in workmanship and quality assurance, and attentive to clean-up. A small problem arose. Immediately Saul was on site to resolve the issue. There were a few possibilities in correction and "WE." Patrick, Saul and I brain-stormed. Yes, you read this correctly-"WE." My input was valued and taken into consideration. How often do you find this happening with a company? Especially when the owner has a say and the professional is secure to allow this teaming to happen. This is Yancey! I will end on this note. If you wish more, it can be provided. Praises abound.
