Called today, 6/25/18, to have an estimator come to my residence to price gutters (we only have front gutters). I was told by the call taker that they would charge me $65 to set the appointment. I reiterated that I currently had NO gutters and it was not for a maintenance call, that this was to price and then install NEW gutters on our home....The call taker told me that "We've had to change our policy regarding gutter appointments". Nope, not for $65 trip charge just for an estimate.
