We called HeavenSent Exterior Solutions after our roof was damaged during a spring storm. Dennis, the owner, promptly came over to inspect the roof and put up an emergency tarp to prevent any further damage. He was very straight forward regarding the damage and what to expect from the roof replacement process. It was our first insurance claim for storm damage, but luckily Dennis is an expert and led us through the process quickly and painlessly. We ended up getting a new roof with upgraded shingles and new gutters. The new roof looks so much better than the original roof; It really transformed the look of our house! I want to start off by saying what a great contractor and group of workers!! Last year Dennis came out and worked with my Insurance adjuster on my damaged roof. There was no high-pressure tactics and I never felt like I was being forced into signing something without being able to think it over. Dennis and his crew did such a wonderful job on my roof I could not help but hire them to repair damage to siding, repaint the entire house, and install new gutters immediately after. The work was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very polite and professional that was involved with this process. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors without hesitation.
