This company is a sham. They ride around denying claims for Allstate when the damages are extremely obvious. They didnt even provide the homeowner with an explanation as to what they did not did not find. If you have claim needs, be sure to explain that you want another company as it is your right! Don Burns could use some added training on how to inspect shingles, and how to project a professional image for the company.

The techs are awesome and the office staff is on point!! Amazing company!
