They were quick to respond to repair issues prior to the new roof being approved by insurance, and even worked with the insurance company to help us get a new roof. Shannon is very knowledgeable about roofing. He is personable and easy to talk with. There was no pressure to make a sale and he was responsive to all calls and texts when I had questions.

Found leak from roof on July 4th rain storm. Called Eldridge Roofing the next day based off of recommendations from local blog. Brandon came out a couple of days later, explained issue, explained options, and made recommendation. Brandon explained and helped me navigate through the insurance process. Constant contact throughout the process. Roofing job delayed due to weather. Constant contact throughout the rescheduling. Showed up the day of the job on time and completed the roof as promised.
