I had Dan come out and fix a leak around my chimney. His repair did not fix the leak. I contacted him several times and spoke with him personally. He assured me that he would fix the problem. He never once showed up and fixed the leak. I must have called him and spoke with him 7 or 8 times, sent him pictures of the leak and he did nothing that he said he would do. So if you want to deal with a company or person who operates with integrity and honesty and who stands behind their work and their word, I suggest you look somewhere else.
