These guys came out to look at my chimney- I had been told by a chimney sweep last November that my chimney was 'rotting out' and all of the siding needed to be replaced. $2500 price tag. I called Riddle and Sons in Rowlett, never got a call back. Called these guys and John came out same day to check out my chimney and was already giving me a pretty reasonable price over the phone. I knew we needed a new roof, but wanted someone who would be responsive to the smaller need of my chimney first. These are the guys:) Did an excellent job on my roof, were always responsive and their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was absolutely fabulous. Met with Corrine from the office, lovely lady also. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Need a roof? Call them.

Worst experience ever... Shady experience. Very unhappy with all aspects of the ownership and overall customer service. At first I was given the impression that we were doing something together. But in truth they are doing something to you. The owner is a “Yes Man” until he has to follow through. He lies as easily a most breath. Don’t let this company happen to you. Defiantly a bell I wish I could un-ring... Yick!!! The people that built this company are long gone. The list of people that have been duped by this guy could fill a graveyard. Neighbors, friends.... I wish the owner the best... But not at the expense of homeowners and uninformed future contractors that might have the misfortune of being improperly trained, paid, and misused in a way that gives a great industry a bad name, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth of the community... Absolute Professional Roofing did a great job on my roof!! I had bad hail damage after the recent storm and i was able to talk to the owner directly and simply get everything explained. This is my first home and first new roof so i was hesitant and scared but, after talking to Kyran and his team i knew i made the right decision for this is a very hard decision to make sometimes. Aprc is now my whole families contracting service. Thank you for not taking advantage of my situation and walking me through the steps. Would recommend!
