IFC just replaced our entire roof after hail damage/total loss and we couldn’t be more pleased. From start to finish the process was super smooth- starting with a rep meeting our insurance company at the inspection, making sure we understood the process and guiding us to pick out colors and products. The construction team was very professional, protected our property well, and we had a great point of contact through the process. They did an excellent job at clean up and put items back where they went, etc. I highly recommend IFC for any roofing needs.

I highly recommend IFC Roofing. Jeff was my project manager and I can not say enough good about him, the crew, and the entire process. They replaced the shingles on my roof, repaired decking due to previous shoddy work, and installed new gutters. I also had mold in the attic, so they needed to coordinate the process with the mold remediation. Jeff was highly responsible. He called when he said he was going to call; he did what he said he was going to do; and he was at the job site multiple times ensuring the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. He is personable and an excellent listener. He confirmed what I said and any concerns I had were explained and addressed. He bent over backwards working with the insurance company making sure nothing was missed and I was not shorted. He also highlighted the quality of work they do by explaining how and where they go above the minimum requirements to ensure quality work that will last and not leak. I upgraded to a hail resistant roofing and he provided a fair upgrade price and absorbed part of the cost.

Juston was great throughout the whole process. He coordinated everything to fit my schedule and followed up after each thing was finished to make sure it was done correctly.

He was always on time, gave us up-to-date information, made us feel comfortable during the process and handled a lot of the detail both in paperwork with the insurance company and then explaining everything to us. He is an excellent representative of your company and did a great job of communicating with the crew and keeping them on task all with very little interruption to us.
