The only roofing services I would use. Four years ago our roof was badly damaged from a hail storm. Ed and his team came out and did an incredible job replacing our roof. This year when we received severe damage again from another hail storm it was a no brainier on who I was going to call. Ed replaced the roof of our previous home that was damaged by hail. He helped us get through the hurdles of the insurance claim process. We wanted an uncommon Terra Cotta shingle, which he was able to locate in another city and special order. The workmanship was fantastic and took the appearance and quality of the roof up a level. But it doesn't stop there. Several years later we sold the home. The week of the closing was during Hurricane Harvey. We noticed water coming in through the roof, which surprised us because the roof had been rock solid. We called Ed on a Sunday, and he dropped everything. He was out on the roof that day in the wind and rain trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out the roof installation was rock solid--it was a leaky AC Vent Pipe. We got the issue remedied, he helped quell the concerns of the buyer and the inspector, and we had a successful closing. You're not just getting a new roof with RTS Roofing.
